Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Everything you want to know about our books, music, and the AriaTales project.

What ages are AriaTales books suitable for?

Our books are divided into three carefully designed age groups: Little Notes (ages 2–5), Opera Fairy Tales (ages 5–8), and Master's Curtain (ages 8–11).

How does the listening QR Code in the book work?

At the beginning of each picture book, you will find a special 'Listen Together!' page with a QR Code. Scanning it with any smartphone or tablet camera will take you directly to the opera's musical guide, featuring recommended tracks on Spotify and YouTube.

Why are the books divided into three age groups?

Little Notes (ages 2–5) uses very short sentences, playful onomatopoeias, and large, gentle illustrations. Opera Fairy Tales (ages 5–8) introduces theatrical plots full of adventure and magic. Master's Curtain (ages 8–11) delves deeper into poetic themes, famous arias, and historical details of the opera.

What is the Coloring Book Edition?

It is a special edition printed single-sided, allowing children to color the plates with markers or crayons without bleeding through to the back. The opening pages feature the Character Album with portraits of each character from the opera.

How is Artificial Intelligence used?

Generative AI assists in creating illustrations under the author's constant artistic direction, prompt engineering, and human oversight, ensuring that every image is safe, free of hallucinations, and consistent with the story.

Are the operas and music protected by copyright?

The original librettos and historical compositions by the great masters (Mozart, Rossini, Verdi, etc.) belong to the Public Domain. The texts of our adaptations and the illustrations are original works copyrighted by AriaTales.
